 How to find a lost child:
  Young children can not see the face of every adult in a crowd. Keep a bright colored scarf with you. Show the scarf to your child and tell them to look for it around your leg if they can't find you.  This will give your child a visaul point of reference that he can see from his vantage point.     Scooping the Ice Cream:
    To save time and hassles,  scoop out the ice cream before the party starts. Place individual scoops in a cupcake tin lined with paper baking cups, put in the freezer for up to several hours. After the cake is cut, remove the scoops from the paper baking cups (or not) and place them onto the waiting plates.
